The website is hosted on the servers of Hostinger (https://www.hostinger.com/), who acts as the Data Controller on behalf of the Data Controller. Hostinger guarantees high security standards and processing takes place within the European Economic Area (EEA) or in accordance with standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Contact Form

Through the form on the website, we collect the following data: Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Message.

  • Purpose Providing responses to your requests for information, quotes, or assistance.

B. Date Selection Widget and Booking Engine

The website uses a widget for selecting stay dates.

  • How it works: Once the dates have been selected, the user is redirected to a External Booking Engine to finalise the booking.
  • Data processed: Check-in/check-out dates and number of guests. Payment details and full personal data will be entered directly on the Booking Engine platform, which will act as the Owner or Manager depending on the service contracted.
  • Purpose Facilitate the booking of the stay.

C. Third-Party Services (Google Fonts and Google Maps)

The site uses components provided by Google to improve aesthetics and usability:

  • Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited): Loading typographic fonts. The user's IP address is transmitted to Google.
  • Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited): Display of interactive maps to indicate the location of the Masseria.
  • Legal Basis Legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) in providing correct website viewing and localisation.
