Deep Roots, Looking to the Future

Our story

The history of Masseria Cappella is intrinsically linked to the devotion and traditions of the Apulian territory.

The History and Origin of the Name

The very name of the structure is not a product of chance, but is rooted in a local architectural and linguistic peculiarity. In the dialect of our region, in fact, the term "Chapel" it is used to indicate a private place of worship, whether rural or urban.

The beating heart of our farmhouse is the small internal chapel, built in 1825 and still consecrated. This architectural gem, crafted from elegant Neoclassical style, This testifies to the importance that spirituality and community life held for ancient farming families. During that period, the countryside around Martina Franca was experiencing a season of great splendour: the masserie were no longer simple production centres or defensive structures, but were evolving into true social microcosms and sought-after manor houses with monumental facades.

A Family Legacy and Passion

At the heart of Masseria Cappella beats a family spirit. For generations, the Trisolini family's passion has guided their daily work, transforming the care of their land into a life mission. It is a story made of faces and hands that pass down ancient knowledge, welcoming each guest with the authenticity of those who deeply love their land and its fruits.

Excellence in Short Supply Chains: Tradition and Innovation

Our philosophy unites respect for Puglian rural tradition with a constant drive towards Innovation. We believe that preserving the past means knowing how to project it into the future: from the management of the dairy to organic farming, each phase of our Short supply chain is intended to ensure a superior quality. Milk, cereals, and vegetables follow a closed cycle and sustainable, which values local resources and rewards absolute freshness.

The Green Heart: Biodiversity, Education and Events

Beyond the courts stretches the wood private company, a green lung where the Mediterranean scrubland is expressed in all its richness. This unspoiled ecosystem is not just a stronghold of nature, but an open-air classroom: through Educational workshops for schools, the new generations learn about the rhythms of the earth. Its wild beauty also makes it an exceptional setting for Exclusive events, where the silence of the woods meets the elegance of the Masseria.

Crossroads of History: The Path of Transhumance and the Great Routes

The Masseria is the guardian of an ancient, millennia-old landscape, lapped by an ancient Transhumance Walk. Our strategic location fits into the suggestive itineraries of Two Seas Route and the Via Ellenica, making the property a landmark for slow tourism practitioners. Walking these paths among dry stone walls and rare flora means protecting a heritage that belongs to the future.
