In Masseria Cappella, the kitchen is where the land transforms into hospitality. Our philosophy can be summed up in a simple concept: from the land to the table in a few metres. It's not just dining, it's a daily celebration of our Puglian identity and the genuine rhythms of nature.

We like to define our proposal as “a zero metro”Indeed, only a few steps separate the places where raw ingredients are born from the kitchens where our chefs prepare them. This absolute proximity guarantees a genuineness and freshness impossible to replicate elsewhere, bringing true, vibrant, and honest flavours to the plate.

Raw Materials: Our Pride

Every ingredient tells our story. The bread, focaccia, taralli, and frise are fragrant with the wheat from our fields. The pasta, expertly extruded, embraces traditional sauces, while fresh cheeses and artisan cured meats represent the excellence of our dairy and our livestock farming. For everything we do not produce directly, such as seasonal vegetables, we rely exclusively on small local producers, selected for their dedication to quality.
