The tour is a chance to visit the Farmhouse lands where our animals are free to graze, the barns where more than 300 head of cattle are bred, the cheese factory where expert dairymen make mozzarella cheese and burrata cheese and last but not least the firewood oven where bread, taralli, fries and typical Apulian products are baked.
You’ll have the chance to taste the most rural Apulian flavours surrounded by Trulli and hectares of greenery. You’ll discover the cheese making process with an expert dairyman who will reveal the secrets of this “ancient art”: how milk becomes cheese.
The last part of the tour concerns tastings of dairy products, baking products, cured meats and our typical wines within the hall of the Farmhouse Cappella.
The Lab: Pasta, Bread or Focaccia
Choose one of our educational labs. Try yourself how to make pasta, bread or focaccia in the Bakery Hall of the Farmhouse Cappella and discover how to cook and prepare an authentic Apulian dish. At the end, you’ll be rewarded! We’ll taste together these Apulian delights.
Together with our guides, you’ll have the chance to discover the peculiarities of the flora in this corner of the Murgia among dry-stone walls of ancient tracks.
You can walk through the winding paths of the surrounding areas or ride your bike.
Horseback riding tour
In the homeland of the Murgese Horse, a fabulous experience to live together with these magni ficent animals and feel the surrounding nature of the Farmhouse Cappella. Two possible options:
